It is reported (reporter Zhang CanCan) Issued " notice on further doing doctor's fixed examination management well " a few days ago in the office of Ministry of Public Health, demand to set up complete doctor's entry, supervise and withdraw from the mechanism.
" notice " requires, to examining the doctor not up to standard, health authorities can order it to suspend operation and move about from 3 months to 6 months, and the medical treatment that appoints in provincial health authorities, preventing, health institution or health care trade, academic organization and accepting training and continuing the medical education; Suspend operation activity and expire, pay examining again from examining the organization. Examine the qualified ones and allow to continue the operation, but can't appraise and choose excellent and promote in originally examining cycle; Examine the one not up to standard, is cancelled registration by health authorities, retract doctor's practising certificate.
" notice " requires, the local health authorities at all levels should issue the notice before March 1 every year, announce the list of doctor who must participate in and examine in the current year and examine time arrangement. Examine in cycle, participate in and finish the doctors of government's mandatory work such as more than coordinated cooperation of hospitals in urban and rural areas for 3 months, support the hospital while evaluating its achievement and professional ethics, should consult the opinion of aid-receiving hospital. Due to special reasons can't join doctor that examine regularly on time, organize, open, prove to examine organization, apply or by where one stays organization, agree to postpone examining by examining the organization.
" notice " stipulates, the doctor has one of the following situations, should test and assess professional skill through the examination form: Test and assess because of professional skill not up to standard to result in, examine not up to standard this cycles, participated in training, examined again; Other situations which provincial health authorities stipulate. Test and assess professional skill in the form of examination, should regard province as the unit, unify the proposition. Ministry of Public Health will set up doctor's fixed examination professional skill to test and assess the national-level exam pool, as the basis of the proposition of every province.
