Chapter one General provisions

Article 4 The service provider of food and beverage should be engaged in the service activity of food and beverage according to the laws and regulations, food safety standard and relevant requirements, responsible for society and the public, guarantee the food security, accept the social supervision, bear the food security responsibility of the food and beverage service.
Article 5 Encourage the public organization, mass autonomy organization of basic unit to launch the food security knowledge of the food and beverage service and the popularization jobs of the relevant laws and regulations, strengthen service provider's food security consciousness of food and beverage, improve consumer's self-protection ability; Encourage launching technological services, promote the service provider of food and beverage to improve the management level of the food security.
The relevant employer's organization of the food and beverage service should strengthen the independent managenment of the trades, lead the service provider of food and beverage to operate within the limits of the law, promote the sincere construction of the trade, propagate, popularize the food security knowledge of the food and beverage service.
Article 6 Encourage and support the service provider of food and beverage to adopt advanced technology and advanced standardard management for improving the food security level, endanger analyzing with the key system of control point, allocate the advanced food security checkout equipment, check the food by oneself or inspect to the organization with legal qualification by ready samples.
Article 7 Any organizations and individuals have the right to carry on the social supervision to the food security of the food and beverage service, report service provider's behavior of violating this method of food and beverage, find out about the food security information of relevant food and beverage service, put forward the opinions and suggestions to the food safety work of the food and beverage service.
Chapter two Basic demand of the food and beverage service
Article 8 The service provider of food and beverage must make " food and beverage service licence " in accordance with the law, according to permitting the range to operate within the limits of the law, and is having dinner " food and beverage service licence " is hung or put in the striking position in the placing.
Article 9 The service provider of food and beverage should establish and improve system of safety management of food, allocate the full-time or part-time job food security administrative staff.

Article 10 The service provider of food and beverage should be according to the regulation of article 34 of " food safety law ", set up and carry out employee's health management system, set up employee's health file. Food and beverage service employees should carry on health examination every year according to the regulation of the second paragraph of article 34 of " food safety law ", obtain health to be qualified to can work prove.
